About Bridget
Hi, I’m Bridget.
Winner: Top Pre & Postnatal Trainer in NSW
Movement has been my whole life. I started ballet at four, and at 17 I packed my bags and moved to Europe to dance professionally. Ballet gave me discipline, body awareness and a deep respect for what bodies can do, until injuries ended my dancing career in 2020.
Pilates had been part of my training for years, but after ballet I fell for it properly. I loved it so much I started teaching it, a lot of it. But something was still missing.
That’s when I trained as a strength coach, and it turned out to be the missing piece. Add the mobility routines I’d kept from my ballet days, and I’d found the combination that made me feel my best: strong, mobile and in control. That combination is exactly what I teach today.
These days I’m a Pilates instructor and strength coach with more than ten years of coaching behind me. I’ve worked with complete beginners, athletes, sore backs, perimenopause, and more pregnant and postnatal women than I can count.
I’m not here to sell you a six-week transformation. I care about you moving well in thirty years, not just looking good this month. My sessions are down to earth, detailed and can be high energy, with plenty of encouragement and a fair bit of banter. I’ll push you, but I’ll always tell you, and teach you, why.
I’m also a bit of a nerd about it. I’m always studying (right now it’s APPI Pilates for women’s health: endometriosis, pelvic floor and menopause), so what we do is based on current research, not whatever’s trending this week.
You’ll find me coaching 1:1 at Omnia Movement in Manly and in people’s homes around Cremorne, writing programs for clients all over the world, and filming classes for the Kala App. The word Kala means anything is possible, and I really do believe it.
“I’m not asking for perfection, just presence and consistency.”

How I coach
Every session blends three things: strength training with proper load, Pilates for control, core and breath, and mobility so it all keeps moving well. The mix changes depending on you, your body and what you’re working towards.
We start with a chat and a look at how you move, then build from there. You’ll always know why you’re doing something and how it should feel.
